Varch Ventures: the companies Varch builds and runs
Varch publishes APSP, a life design framework for your personal, financial and social life. Varch also builds and runs privately held ventures in industrial, technology and infrastructure. Varch Ventures is that side of Varch.
Privately held · North America · Hiring across three industries
Why the ventures stay private
Each venture serves its own clients, in its own market, under its own name. Keeping the portfolio private lets each one be judged on its own work, not on its connection to Varch. Candidates learn which venture they would join before their first conversation.
The principles behind them
APSP is about running a life by design rather than by default. The ventures share four of its principles:
- Clear purpose. A defined job for every venture and every role.
- Designed systems. Written processes over heroics.
- Measured progress. Targets that are set, tracked and rewarded.
- Growth from within. Five published levels, from Junior to Executive Vice President, with no middle-management layers.
Three industries
The ventures work in three industries, with roles across four departments.
Published pay. A visible path up.
Every level has a published salary range. Benefits include four weeks of paid time off, a 5% raise on your current salary every year, bonuses when you exceed your annual targets, and eligibility for the vested equity pool within your first seven years, based on performance.
Questions about Varch Ventures
How do the ventures relate to APSP?

Where are the ventures based?
Across North America. Pay is in US dollars for every role, including in Canada.
