Who we are

This policy covers this website and the Varch instruments and community offered through it. “Varch,” “we” and “us” refer to the operator of this site. Questions go to us through the contact page.

What we collect

• Email and name, when you request the free pages, buy an instrument, apply for Vcom or join the waitlist. Everything you receive is sent to this email address.
• Purchase records, such as what you bought, when and for how much. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach us.
• Your Vcom application or waitlist entry, and your Telegram handle if you are admitted.
• Messages you send us.

What we do not collect

The bird’s-eye view and the ROI model run entirely in your browser. What you enter is not sent to us or stored. This site sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts; its fonts and images are served from this site.

How we use it

• To send the free pages and deliver what you bought by email.
• To review Vcom applications, manage the waitlist and manage community membership, including ending access when a membership period closes.
• To send further Varch writing if you agree. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who processes it

We use third-party services to run checkout and delivery (for example Stripe and TidyCal), email, application and waitlist forms, and the community (Telegram). Each processes your information under its own privacy policy, only as needed to provide its service. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Applications, waitlist entries and messages are kept only as long as they are needed for the purpose they were sent for. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, except records we must keep by law.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from email at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us. We will not discriminate against you for doing so.

Children

Varch is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
