General

What is Varch?

Varch publishes APSP, Applied Psychoid Systems Philosophy, and the instruments that put it to work: Vman, VFBundle and the Varch Community. It is built to help you work toward your purpose over a suggested 24-month arc; results depend on what you do with it. Start with the APSP philosophy page.

What is APSP?

Applied Psychoid Systems Philosophy: a relational mental model for life, living systems and business. It treats your personal, financial and social life as one system, holds structure and freedom at 70/30 and measures the distance to your telos.

Who is APSP for?

Career professionals who run complex systems at work and want their own life to run as well, and anyone becoming who they are meant to be. It is not for people waiting for permission or a promised result.

What does telos mean?

Telos is Greek for end or purpose: what something is ultimately for. In APSP, your telos is the state your life is built to reach. Read more on the telos page.

Why is it called psychoid?

Carl Jung used psychoid for the deep layer where the psyche seems to border on matter. APSP borrows it for the point where how you think becomes how your life runs, and labels it a model, not a proven structure.

How it works

What are the Five Fs?

Foundation, Fitness, Fulfillment, Fellowship and Fortune: the five areas of life APSP treats as one structure. On this site they are grouped as personal, social and financial.

What is the 70/30 rule?

Seventy percent structure, thirty percent deliberate freedom. Too much structure and a life calcifies; too much freedom and it dissolves. See the 70/30 rule.

How do the frameworks score me?

Each framework has an interactive audit: you tap a number for each statement and the total and level appear. A drift detector then tells you when to act, and a verification step confirms whether it worked.

How often should I rescore?

Most frameworks say when to re-assess, usually monthly or quarterly. The Five Domain Diagnostic is retaken every quarter so you can measure the change.

Where should I start?

With a baseline. Take the free life assessment, then follow the 90-day life plan: Foundation first, one area at a time.

Pricing and products

How much does Varch cost?

The first chapter is free. Vman is $98, VFBundle $998 and Vcom $1,498, each a one-time payment. The APSP Live Session, 90 minutes online with live Q&A, is $98. You can stop at any step.

What is in the $98 Vman?

The complete APSP philosophy, the Five Domain Diagnostic with a score sheet, a chapter per area with audits, the four failure traps and a 90-day sequence. See Vman page.

What is in VFBundle?

21 fillable, self-scoring frameworks in six parts, each with an audit, drift detector, intervention selector and verification check, a six-month path and a check-in email each month for six months. See VFBundle page.

Is VFBundle worth $998?

It depends on what your time is worth and whether you use it. At an $80,000 salary it breaks even at about 15 minutes a week over 24 months. That is an illustration built from salary ÷ 2,080 hours, not a promise.

Are there refunds or discounts?

No. All sales are final and there are no refunds or discounts. If an email fails to arrive or a file is defective, we resend or replace it. The one time-limited offer is the live-session bonus: buy VFBundle or Vcom within 48 hours after an APSP Live Session closes, through the link given in the session, and Vman is included.

Do prices change?

The first chapter stays free and Vman and VFBundle prices are fixed. Vcom prices increase 10% annually. Each instrument has a yearly limit: 2,200 copies of Vman, 1,500 of VFBundle and 300 Vcom memberships, resetting on January 1.

Comparisons

How does APSP compare to the Wheel of Life?

The Wheel of Life is a quick snapshot of satisfaction by area. APSP adds change over time, coupling between areas and explicit rules for when to act. See the full comparison.

How does APSP compare to Designing Your Life?

Designing Your Life applies design thinking to choosing a direction. APSP runs the chosen life as one system and measures it each quarter. They can work together; see the comparison.

How is APSP different from a productivity app?

Productivity apps run tasks. APSP covers body, relationships, purpose and money as well as work, and scores how they affect each other. It is delivered as files you keep, not a subscription.

Is APSP like life coaching?

No. APSP gives you self-scoring instruments and a method; it does not assign you a coach. Vcom is self-directed accountability among peers, not coaching.

Technical

What format are the products?

Designed PDF files, delivered by email. VFBundle is a fillable, self-scoring PDF: in Acrobat Reader, Chrome and Edge, totals and levels calculate as you answer.

Which apps calculate the scores?

Adobe Acrobat Reader, Chrome and Edge calculate automatically. Apple Preview and some phone viewers let you fill in but may not calculate; every level table is printed beside the score.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes, the files open on phones and tablets. For the fillable frameworks, a desktop or tablet with Acrobat Reader gives the best experience.

Do the free tools store my data?

No. The life assessment and life audit run entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to us.

Can I print the frameworks?

Yes. Every field has a printed circle, box or line, so any booklet works on paper.

Objections

I do not have time for this.

The daily anchor is 14 minutes, and the 90-day plan adds one area at a time. If time is your weakest point, Foundation comes first for exactly that reason.

I have tried systems before and they did not stick.

Most systems ask for everything at once. APSP stages activation over 90 days, names its own failure traps and rescores each quarter, so drift is caught early.

Is this self-help hype?

Every claim carries an evidence tier, and most frameworks are labeled as design heuristics you test yourself. See the evidence page.

Is APSP therapy?

No. It is educational and not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. If you need care, get it first; APSP can work alongside it.

What if my score is low?

A low score is a starting point, not a verdict. Your weakest area is your first move, and your strongest is proof you already know how to design an area of life.

Advanced

What is the Life Architecture Score?

Your Five Domain total (out of 100) plus five coupling questions (out of 50), converted to a score out of 100. It shows whether strong areas actually feed each other.

What are the four traps?

Perfectionism, mechanization, isolation and inflation: the ways the architecture itself fails. All four share one root, the tool becoming the master.

Does APSP cover business and teams?

Yes, in part. The Organizational Architecture and the Capital Deployment Architecture apply the same principles to groups and revenue.

What is Vcom?

The Varch Community: 12 months of self-directed accountability among peers who share the APSP model, limited to 300 memberships a year. See the Vcom page.

How do I join Vcom?

By direct checkout, $1,498 once. Your private Telegram invitation arrives by email. Starting with Vman and VFBundle is recommended, not required.

Trust and evidence

What evidence supports APSP?

Its Tier 1 claims rest on published research, such as relationships and longevity and grip strength and mortality. Its models and design choices are labeled as such. Sources are on the evidence page.

Are there testimonials?

No. Varch does not publish testimonials. You can read the first chapter free and take the life assessment before you buy anything.

Does Varch promise results?

No. Varch makes no promise of income, time saved or any outcome. Results depend on how you apply the instruments.

How is my personal information used?

Only to deliver what you asked for and, if you agree, to send further Varch writing. Nothing is sold. See the privacy policy.

Which law governs purchases?

The laws of the State of Texas. The full terms are on the terms page.
