Free life assessment test: score the five areas of your life
This free life assessment test is the Five Domain Diagnostic from VFBundle: 25 statements across Foundation, Fitness, Fulfillment, Fellowship and Fortune, scored 1 to 4, then five questions on how the areas feed each other. It runs in your browser, sends nothing anywhere, and ends with your weakest area named.
Free. Runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent anywhere.
A self-assessment for orientation, not a psychological test or advice. Your answers stay in your browser, saved on this device so you can resume; if you continue to the free chapter, your total and first move are added to the link.
How the scoring works
Score each statement for your life as it runs today: 1 Suppressed (neglected or avoided), 2 Emerging (some effort, not sustained), 3 Practiced (real habits you keep) or 4 Integrated (practiced and connected to the other areas). Each area totals 5 to 20; the whole totals out of 100. Any area below 12 is flagged as your structural priority.
What your total means
| Total | Level | What it suggests |
|---|---|---|
| 25–39 | Fragmented | Most areas run on leftovers. Begin with your lowest area; often Foundation. |
| 40–59 | Partially Coherent | Some areas work, others drag on them. Fix the most suppressed one first. |
| 60–79 | Coherent | The protocols hold. Connect the areas so they compound. |
| 80–100 | Integrated | Hold the equilibrium and watch for the perfectionism trap. |

Five coupling questions, scored 0 to 10, ask whether your areas feed each other: does training improve your thinking, do relationships steady you, does surplus reduce stress? Your total plus coupling gives a Life Architecture Score out of 150, shown out of 100. Strong areas with weak coupling point to a gap between knowing and doing.
After your score
Your weakest area is your first move. The 90-day life plan shows how to work on it without trying to fix everything at once, and the 21 frameworks give each area its own audit. Prefer a picture of time instead of a score? Try the life audit, which rates your life 24 months ago, today and 24 months ahead.
