Agreement

By using this site or buying a Varch instrument, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the instruments.

What we offer

• The first 10 pages of APSP (free): sent by email when you sign up.
• The APSP Manifesto ($98, one-time): the full APSP Manifesto, with interactive quizzes and self-assessment tests with a self-scoring schema, delivered by email after checkout.
• The Framework Bundle ($998, one-time): 20+ APSP frameworks, each 3+ pages with an interactive quiz and self-scoring, delivered by email.
• Vcom ($1,498, one-time): the Framework Bundle plus 12 months in the Varch Community. Admission is by application and at our discretion; payment is taken only after admission.

Every purchase is a one-time payment. Instruments delivered to you are yours to keep. Prices are in US dollars and are shown in full before you pay. The prices of the Manifesto and the Framework Bundle are fixed. Vcom prices increase 10% annually; the price you pay is the price shown when your payment link is issued.

Delivery

Everything is delivered by email to the address you give. Check that it is correct. If an email has not arrived within one business day, contact us and we will resend it.

Your license

Each instrument is licensed to you for your own personal and professional use. You may not copy, resell, share, publish or redistribute the instruments, or use them to train or build competing products. All content remains the property of Varch.

The Varch Community and waitlist

• Membership is capped at 300 and lasts 12 months from the day you join the community after payment. Access ends automatically when that period closes.
• When all seats are held, new applications join a waitlist and are reviewed in order as seats open. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee admission, and nothing is charged until you are admitted.
• Members keep conversations confidential, treat other members with respect, and do not promote, solicit or recruit.
• We may remove a member who breaches these rules. Removal ends community access only; it does not affect the Framework Bundle.

No guarantee of results

APSP instruments are educational frameworks. They are not therapy or medical, psychological, financial, investment or legal advice. The ROI model on this site is an illustration built from your own inputs; Varch does not promise income, time saved, promotion, growth or any specific outcome. Results depend on how you apply the instruments. Consult a qualified professional for advice on your situation.

No refunds

All sales are final. There are no refunds on any purchase. If an email fails to arrive or a file is defective, contact us and we will resend or replace it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Varch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or the instruments, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the instrument concerned.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
